Founder
Jacob started with small single-tenant warehouses and has grown the CraneWork portfolio to over half a million square feet of industrial space. When he's not looking at warehouses, he's usually near the water — fishing rod in hand.

Acquisitions
Mor spent his career in logistics and 3PL — working inside the operations that industrial tenants run every day. That firsthand experience gives him a ground-level understanding of how tenants actually use space, what they need to run efficiently, and what to look for in a property.

Comptroller
Debi keeps the books tight and the business organized — her attention to detail is what keeps everything running behind the scenes.
